
James is a senior leader with extensive experience delivering complex programmes and leading cross-functional teams in military and corporate environments. Awarded the Order of the British Empire in 2017 for leadership, he brings more than two decades of strategic, operational and technology expertise.
In his role as Head of Ledger Technology at a global investment bank, James led global teams through large-scale, multi-region technology transformations that realised significant cost efficiencies. His Ministry of Defence career encompassed RAF operations, strategic defence engagement, air safety and air regulation, culminating in command of 31 Squadron (Tornado GR4) and subsequent leadership of the global defence attaché capability.
James combines deep defence domain knowledge with proven business acumen and is recognised for his ability to support organisations in navigating complex defence markets.

Nick is a leader in the defence sector with extensive experience in bid management, operational design and capability development. He has played key roles in securing complex, multi-million-pound contracts on programmes including Typhoon, FCAS/GCAP and Lightning, and has led bid teams from strategic planning through to delivery.
His experience also includes high-fidelity, simulation-based training design for the RAF, British Army and Royal Navy, as well as senior roles within the Ministry of Defence in policy development, strategic risk management and national capability planning.
Nick is known for his ability to unite stakeholders, develop coherent strategies and support organisations in navigating the complexities of defence acquisition and capability delivery.
